How it works

From event page to full room in three steps

No marketplace and no audience to sell into: the people are the ones you bring.

  1. Create your event

Add the title, date, venue and a ticket type with a price. Free tickets work too.

  2. Sell tickets

Share your event link. Buyers pay by card and get their QR ticket by email.

  3. Run the door

Scan tickets from your phone, then find the money in your own Stripe account.

Features

Everything a room needs, nothing it does not

The tools small and mid-size organisers use every week.

Stripe checkout

Buyers pay by card on your event page. The money goes into your own Stripe account, not ours.

QR tickets and the door

Every ticket is emailed with its own QR. Scan it from any phone at the door, with no app to install.

Recurring series

Sell a weekly class or a monthly night with one landing page that lists every session.

Subscriptions

Turn a weekly event into a membership people pay for once: weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Promo codes

Make a code to reward your regulars or a partner, and set tiers, caps and windows around it.

Refunds from Orders

Refund a whole order, or part of one on Pro and Team. Buyers see your refund policy before they pay.

Box office

Cash at the door, comps and bank transfers, entered by you, on the same guest list.

Reminders

The day before, everyone gets their ticket and QR again.

Waitlists

Sold out? People join the list, and a freed place goes to the next in line, held for six hours.

Pay what you want

On Pro and Team, buyers choose the amount above your minimum. Set it to $0 for a donation ticket.

On your own website

On Pro and Team, add a Buy tickets button, a ticket card or your events list to your own site.

Tracked links

On Pro and Team, a link for each promoter or post, with the visits and sales each one brings.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers

How much does One Ticket cost organisers?

Organisers keep 100% of their ticket price, with no setup or payout fees; the Free plan has no subscription. Buyers pay a small booking fee on paid tickets that covers the platform tier and card processing. Free tickets are $0 for everyone.

When do I get paid?

Every ticket is charged to your own connected Stripe account. Until a first paid event goes cleanly, a new organiser is paid out two days after each event. After that, payouts follow Stripe’s schedule.

Can I run a weekly class or a monthly night?

Yes. A recurring event gets one landing page with every session on it, and a subscription lets regulars pay once for the series.

How do I check people in?

Every ticket has a QR. Scan it from any phone with no app to install, or search the guest list by name.

Can I refund a ticket?

Yes, from your Orders list: a whole order on every plan, or part of one on Pro and Team. Buyers see your refund policy before they pay. If you move the date, the start time or the place, anyone booked can refund in full, booking fee included.

Which currencies can I sell in?

Australian dollars, US dollars and British pounds. Your account sets it and every page follows.

Ready when you are
