7 reasons organisers choose One Ticket over Ticket Tailor
- Keep every dollar of your price. You receive 100% of the price you set: the buyer pays the booking fee on top, on every ticket and every plan. On Ticket Tailor, the organiser pays its fee by default, and its help centre says it can’t automatically pass all fees on to buyers.
- Subscriptions, not just memberships. Members pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and each session’s ticket is issued for them before it runs. Ticket Tailor’s help pages describe memberships as one-off purchases, with a reminder email before they expire.
- Check-in without an app. Scan each guest’s QR code in your phone’s browser, with nothing to install, or find a guest by name. On Ticket Tailor, web check-in is from the issued tickets list; its help pages document QR scanning in its Check-in app.
- Refund requests in one place. Buyers ask for a refund from their ticket, and one left unanswered goes to One Ticket support. On Ticket Tailor, buyers contact the organiser for a refund unless self-serve is turned on.
- Nothing to remember. You sign in with a link or code sent by email, and your guests book without making an account.
- Paid into your own Stripe account. Ticket money goes to your own Stripe account, with no payout fee from us. Until your first paid event has gone cleanly, it is paid out two days after each event.
- Nothing to pay on a free night. Free registrations carry no fee for anyone, and the Free plan has no monthly cost.
