Fee calculator · Australia · AUD
Run your numbers
Type a ticket price and how many you expect to sell. The calculator puts One Ticket’s booking fee beside the published rates of twenty other platforms, and shows what the organiser keeps.
Scenario estimates from published rates. Confirm current pricing on the other platform’s own site before you budget.
What the calculator models
Each competitor row applies that platform’s published fee model to your price and quantity. The One Ticket row uses the tiered platform fee plus a Stripe processing estimate, inside the booking fee the attendee pays.
Eventbrite
5.35% + $1.19
The published Australian service fee per paid ticket. Free tickets carry no service fee. Your own plan may differ, so confirm on Eventbrite’s site before you budget.
Humanitix
4% + $0.99
The published Standard rate per paid ticket. Eighteen more platforms are in the list, each at its published rate, and every one is an estimate.
One Ticket
$0 to the organiser
You keep the face value of every ticket. The attendee pays the booking fee on paid tickets, and a free ticket is $0 for everyone. The whole schedule is on the pricing page.
How to read the results
A headline percentage is not a bill. Three things to look at before you decide anything.
Estimate, not invoice
Your Eventbrite account may differ. Always verify on Eventbrite before budgeting.
Structure vs total
Look at who pays the fee and what the organiser keeps, not only the headline percentage.
No universal winner
Different prices flip outcomes. Re-run the calculator for each ticket tier.
Questions
The short answers. The long one is the pricing page.
Is this an official Eventbrite calculator?
No. It is One Ticket’s estimate tool using published AU service fee figures for comparison.
Why might my Eventbrite invoice differ?
Plans, taxes, payment methods, promotions or regional rules can change totals.
Can I model Humanitix too?
Yes. The same calculator includes a published Humanitix Standard model.
