Common questions
- Can I cap a session by the courts?
- Yes. Each session has its own cap, and each ticket type can have one too.
- Can players pay weekly?
- Yes. Add a subscription plan to the series, billed weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Each player’s ticket for the next session is issued before it runs.
- What if a session is rained out?
- If you move a paid session’s date or start time after people have booked, each of them can refund in full, booking fee included, until it starts. Cancelling doesn’t refund anyone by itself: refund each order from Orders.
- What does a buyer pay on a $15 ticket?
- $16.28: the $15 ticket price and a $1.28 booking fee. You receive the whole $15, and the fee is the same on every plan.
