The short answer
For the example below, charge about $55 a ticket.
That covers $530 in costs for 12 people and leaves $100 profit; the break-even price is $44.17. With One Ticket’s booking fee passed on, buyers pay $57.74 and you receive $55 a ticket.

Tips for a workshop
Count the materials for each person separately from the room and the teacher: they grow with every ticket sold. A small workshop can be worth a higher price when everyone takes something home.

The booking fee
One Ticket adds a booking fee at checkout: $2.74 on a $55 ticket, paid by the buyer, so you receive the whole price. It is the same on every plan, free tickets carry none and the Free plan has no monthly cost. See One Ticket pricing.
