7 reasons supper club hosts choose One Ticket
- Every seat counted. Cap the dinner at the seats you have, and booking closes when the table is full.
- Dietary needs before you shop. Ask about allergies and dietary requirements at checkout, required if you like, for every guest.
- Sales close when you order. Give tickets a sales end a few days out, so you buy food for the number booked.
- A refund cut-off that matches your costs. Choose refunds up to a set number of days before, so a late cancellation never leaves you paying for a meal nobody eats.
- A ticket for two, or a table. Sell a ticket that admits two for couples, or a whole table of up to eight: one price, and a ticket for each guest.
- Private dinners. Make a dinner private with a password, or unlisted so only people with the link can open it.
- Your price is your takings. You receive 100% of the price you set. The guest pays the booking fee on top.
How it works for supper club hosts
- Create the dinner with a ticket type capped at your seats.
- Add a required dietary question and a sales end a few days out.
- Pick a refund cut-off to match your food order, and connect Stripe.
- Share the link, and on the night tick guests off by QR code or name.
What a ticket costs, worked through
| Ticket | Price | Booking fee | Buyer pays | You receive |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Supper club seat | $95 | $3.43 | $98.43 | $95 |
| Ticket for two | $180 | $6.12 | $186.12 | $180 |
Sell 20 tickets at $95 and you receive $1,900. The booking fee is the buyer’s, added on top of your price at checkout, and it’s the same on every plan.
Example prices: set your own. Fees are checkout’s own, on a one-ticket order (One Ticket pricing). Free tickets carry no fee.

Common questions
- Can I close sales before I order the food?
- Yes. Give each ticket type a sales end, in the event’s time zone, and sales stop then.
- Can I sell a ticket for a couple?
- Yes. Set People per ticket to 2 on the ticket type: one price, a ticket for each of them, and it counts two against your cap. A table ticket can admit up to eight.
- Can I keep a dinner private?
- Yes. Make the event unlisted, so only people with the link can open it, or private with a password you share with guests.
- What does a buyer pay on a $95 ticket?
- $98.43: the $95 ticket price and a $3.43 booking fee. You receive the whole $95, and the fee is the same on every plan.
