How the fee works

The buyer pays a booking fee at checkout: a platform fee by ticket price ($0.35 up to $5, $0.45 up to $10, $0.70 up to $25, $0.95 up to $50, $1.45 up to $100, then $1.45 + 1.5% of the amount over $100) plus Stripe’s card processing at cost (1.7% + $0.30 on the order). The organiser receives 100% of the ticket price.

Checkout’s own fee: the same on every plan. See One Ticket pricing.

The booking fee is the same on every plan. The Free plan has no monthly cost. Pro (A$29 a month) and Team (A$79 a month) add features, such as absorbing the booking fee (buyers pay the ticket price only), premieres (pre-recorded webinars) and advanced reports, and Team adds team members: neither changes the booking fee.
