7 reasons wellness practitioners choose One Ticket
- A firm cap on every session. Sell each session or time slot with its own cap, set by the mats, the floor or the sauna. It closes when it’s full.
- Health questions before they arrive. Ask required questions at checkout, like a health declaration or an emergency contact. Nobody books without answering, and the answers sit on your orders.
- Regulars on a subscription. Put a weekly session in a series and let regulars subscribe weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Their ticket for each session is issued for them.
- Early-bird prices that change themselves. Set a price to rise on a date, a number of days before, or once so many have sold. Useful for a retreat day you need to fill early.
- A calm door. Check guests in from any phone with their QR code, or by name. No app and no clipboard.
- Refunds on your terms. Choose the policy that fits, from refunds any time before it starts to case by case. Guests see it before they pay.
- Your price is your takings. You receive the whole ticket price. The guest pays the booking fee on top, the same on every plan.
How it works for wellness practitioners
- Create the session with its room, time and a ticket type capped at the space you have.
- Add your checkout questions: a required health question, an emergency contact, experience level.
- Set it to repeat weekly, or make each time slot its own session with its own cap.
- Connect Stripe and share the link. Guests book without making an account.
What a ticket costs, worked through
| Ticket | Price | Booking fee | Buyer pays | You receive |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sound bath | $45 | $2.05 | $47.05 | $45 |
| Sauna and ice bath slot | $35 | $1.88 | $36.88 | $35 |
Sell 20 tickets at $45 and you receive $900. The booking fee is the buyer’s, added on top of your price at checkout, and it’s the same on every plan.
Example prices: set your own. Fees are checkout’s own, on a one-ticket order (One Ticket pricing). Free tickets carry no fee.

Common questions
- Can I ask a health question before someone books?
- Yes. Add a question at checkout and mark it required: a typed answer, a choice from a list or tick boxes. The answers sit on your orders and in the attendee export.
- Can I sell time slots for a sauna or an ice bath?
- Yes. Make each slot its own session with its own cap, so each one closes when it’s full.
- Can guests sign a waiver?
- There’s no signature on One Ticket. A required tick box at checkout can record that a guest has read your terms, which you can set out in the event description.
- What does a buyer pay on a $45 ticket?
- $47.05: the $45 ticket price and a $2.05 booking fee. You receive the whole $45, and the fee is the same on every plan.
