Didn't book this? and reporting an event
Got a booking email you didn't expect, or see an event that looks fake? Cancel the booking or tell us.
You got a booking email you didn't expect
Someone can book a free event with your email address. If you didn't, every ticket email ends with Didn't book this? and a Tell us link.
- Open the link. The page changes nothing until you press the button.
- Choose I didn't book this. (Keep my booking leaves it as it is.)
That cancels the booking, and the organiser can never email you again. It also helps One Ticket stop fake events.
If you were named as a guest on someone else's booking, the same link cancels only your tickets.
A booking that was paid for can't be cancelled this way. The page says to contact support. If a card of yours was charged and you don't recognise it, tell your bank as well.
If the link says "We could not find that booking", check you've opened the one in your email.
Report an event
If an event looks fake, unsafe, or you paid and can't reach the organiser:
- Scroll to the foot of the event's page and choose Report this event.
- Choose What is wrong: "It isn't real or the venue knows nothing about it", "I paid and can't reach the organiser", "It's offensive or unsafe" or "Something else".
- Optionally add Details and Your email, so support can reply.
- Choose Send report.
One Ticket support looks at it. The organiser never sees who reported it, and your email isn't passed on.
Still stuck? Contact support and a person will get back to you.
