Waitlist offers
Join the waitlist for a sold-out ticket, and book when places free up.
When a ticket type is sold out and the organiser takes a waitlist, the event page shows Join waitlist.
Join
- Choose Join waitlist.
- Type your name, email and how many tickets you want.
- Choose Join the waitlist.
We email you a link to your place in line. There's nothing to pay unless you book.
When places free up
You're emailed, and the tickets are held for you for 6 hours, at the normal price.
- Open the link in the email.
- Choose Book my place and book as usual before the time runs out.
If you don't book in time, they go to the next person.
Leave the waitlist
Open your waitlist link and choose Leave the waitlist. If tickets are held for you, they go to the next person.
If the organiser cancels the event, you're emailed that it's cancelled and taken off the waitlist.
