A premiere

A premiere is a recorded event that plays at a set time for everyone with a ticket, like it's live.

1. Open your ticket and choose Watch.
2. The room counts down to the start. Keep the page open: it moves on by itself.
3. When it's on, choose Join now. If you're late, you join where it's up to.

One ticket plays on one screen at a time. If you open it somewhere else, the first screen asks if you want to Watch here instead.

A replay

If the organiser shares the recording, it's on your ticket and in an email: choose Watch the replay. If it has a password, it's shown beside it. Until it's released, your ticket says when it's coming.

An online event

For a live online event, the join link is on your ticket: choose Join meeting.
