The verified tick

Buying a ticket from someone you've never heard of is a risk. The verified tick beside your name, on your event pages and your organiser page, tells buyers you have a proven record. Tapping it explains what it means.

How you earn it

The tick comes one of two ways:

• Your record on One Ticket: you've run 3 or more events here, with 25 or more tickets sold, with no chargebacks and every refund request answered. It's checked again every hour.
• Vouched for by the One Ticket team: we know you for running events in your community.

There's nothing to apply for. Keep answering refund requests on time (see Refund requests) and it stays.

What buyers are told

The tick says that if an event is cancelled, buyers are refunded in full, booking fee included, and that every refund request is answered, or One Ticket support steps in.
