Premieres (pre-recorded webinars)
Play a recorded video at a set time for everyone with a ticket, as if it were live.
A premiere plays your pre-recorded video at a set time for everyone with a ticket, like it's live, with a count of who's watching. There's no live chat.
Set up a premiere
- Upload your video to Vimeo. In Vimeo, allow embedding on oneticket.com.au only. (A Vimeo Starter plan or above hides the play bar.)
- In the editor, choose Add a place and choose Premiere.
- Paste the Vimeo link.
- Check the Length (minutes and seconds, like 52:14). One Ticket reads it from Vimeo; choose Use that if it differs.
- Optionally add a Countdown video: a YouTube video the room plays before it starts, timed to finish as yours begins.
- Choose Save, and set the date and start time under When and where. The premiere plays then, and ends when the video does.
- Choose Save in the editor, then Publish.
Advanced settings
Under Advanced settings:
- Open the room: at the start time, or some minutes before.
- Let people join late: until it ends, or until the last few minutes. Late joiners start where it's up to.
- Your team watching along: hosts or crew watching from your side, added to the "watching" count guests see.
- Message when it ends, such as "Thanks for watching! Questions? Reply to your ticket email."
How buyers watch
Each ticket has a Watch button. It opens the room, which counts down to the start and plays when it's time. One ticket plays on one screen at a time. See Watch a premiere or replay.
