Switch a session to online

If you subscribe to a series that runs in person and online at the same time, you can move one session's ticket online.

1. Open that session's ticket (from your email or My tickets).
2. Choose Switch to online.
3. Read the warning and choose Yes, switch online.

Your ticket now has the link to join. The switch can't be undone: your place at the venue is given up for that session, and the QR code stops working at the door.

When you can't switch

• Only subscription tickets can switch.
• The session must have an online room at the same time, with space in it.
• You can't switch once you've checked in at the venue, or after the session has finished.
