Who can see your event
Public, unlisted or private, a password for guests, and your event's web address.
Public, unlisted or private
In the editor, choose 8 settings and set Who can see it:
- Public: listed on your organiser page. Anyone can find and book it.
- Unlisted: anyone with the link can book it, but it isn't listed on your organiser page.
- Private: only your team can open the page, or anyone you give the password to.
Choose Save in the editor.
A password for a private event
When you choose Private, a Password row appears under it.
- Type a password in the Password row and share it with your guests.
- Choose Save in the editor.
Guests see "This event is private" and type the password to open the page. Leave the password blank and only your team can open it.
Off your organiser page, but still public
To keep an event off your organiser page but leave the link and search working, turn on Keep it off my public profile under Hidden on the page. To take it out of search as well, choose Unlisted.
Your event's web address
Every event has a link like oneticket.com.au/e/sunset-market-night. It's made from the title, but you can change it:
- Choose 8 settings, then Web address.
- Change the Link. Leave it empty to make one from the title.
- Choose Save, then Save in the editor.
Change it before you share the link widely.
