Fees

• You receive 100% of the ticket price you set, on every plan.
• Free tickets cost nothing, to anyone.
• On a paid ticket, the buyer pays a small booking fee on top: One Ticket's platform fee for that price, plus Stripe's card processing.
• The Free plan has no monthly cost, no setup fee and no payout fee.

The booking fee depends on the ticket price. The full table and a calculator are on the pricing page, and the schedule is in our Terms.

See the fee before you publish

In the editor, open a ticket type: under the price it says what the buyer pays, for example "Buyer pays, incl. $1.28 booking fee". On an order, Payment shows the booking fee the buyer paid.

When you pay the fee instead

On Pro and Team you can absorb the booking fee: buyers pay exactly your ticket price, and the fee comes out of your payout.

No booking fee

• Free tickets.
• Box office sales: One Ticket didn't take the payment.

Refunds and fees

When you refund a whole order, the booking fee goes back to the buyer too. With a partial refund you choose whether to include it.
